Executive Chef Will Eason's menu showcases an array of Italian-inspired dishes, from house-roasted meats and fresh seafood and grilled steaks to seasonal vegetables and fresh salads, as well as house-made pasta and desserts. The menu is always changing with seasonal dishes and specialties because we believe in the joys and pleasures of homemade fresh dishes that change with each season.
